our story

Thank you for being here, I'm Stephanie!

My husband Logan and I, and our two daughters live on the Mountainside in Yarrow, BC. Our favourite features about the area we live in are the trails, Vedder river, and Cultus lake just minutes away. Growing up in Northern, BC I've felt the benefits of the outdoors on my physical and mental well-being from a young age. More recently, this can look as simple as being on our back patio with my girls breathing in the outside air. 

Logan and I have a true passion for getting our friends and family together. Around the dinner table, propane fire on the porch, or for a sweat in the sauna: this is where some of our best connections and conversations happen. 

I spent most of my younger years training as a high-level athlete in the sport of gymnastics. I've been learning my whole life long what it looks like to connect and listen to my body and mind; be it during exercising or throughout the mundane moments of the day. The sport has also taught me lessons that pour into my day to day: determination and organization. Prior to transitioning into motherhood and entrepreneurship, I was Office Manager of a Chiropractic and Physiotherapy office in Abbotsford, BC.
